Set in the peaceful and tranquil sanctuary of Montrose in Pietermaritzburg, Lotus Aura Spa and Salon offers an impressive range of wellness treatments. These range from simple massages, and facials to full-body treatments. The spa boast its own luxurious hair salon.

Make a Reservation
To make a Spa reservation, call us or send us a whatsapp message for a booking. Should you require it, our Spa Receptionist will be able to advise you on the treatment choice best suited to your needs. To help ensure your preferred time and treatment, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Payment Policy
We accept cash and all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners) aswell and EFT. All prices are quoted in ZAR, South African Rands. For all Group Bookings over 2 people, 50% deposit is required (payable via online banking or via credit card at the Spa). All spa packages must be paid for in full on confirmation of booking (payable via online banking or via credit card at the Spa).
Arrival
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to ensure you get the most benefit from your appointment. Arriving late may make it necessary to limit time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed.
Medical Conditions
When making a reservation and arriving for your treatment, please advise us of any health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure), allergies, injuries or if you have had surgery recently, so we can ensure your optimum comfort. It is important to inform your therapist if you are on any medication, are pregnant, have epilepsy, are diabetic, have eczema or psoriasis, or have recently been sunburnt. Certain treatments may need to be changed to best accommodate your condition. Please note that it is incumbent on you to notify us in advance of any condition which might affect your treatment.

The Spa Team will be happy to help guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Spa Etiquette for your comfort
Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. We have a gown and slippers available for each guest for your comfort should you wish to use the restroom during your treatment.
Valuables
Please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa. We do not assume any liability for personal items and recommend you leave valuables at home.
Gift Vouchers
The perfect gift for a loved or colleague, our Gift Vouchers are available for any spa treatment on our Spa Menu or for the purchase of retail. They can be bought from the spa, emailed or made ready for collection at the Spa. Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment or at the time of purchasing retail products. Please note that all our Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
