At Lotus Aura Spa & Salon we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service.
When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life’s circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if a notification is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service for the missed appointment.
You may cancel your booking by giving us written notice or via email or WhatsApp. In the event that the booking is cancelled a reasonable cancellation charge will be levied as following:
1 Day Prior to the date of the booking or on the day cancellation or no show-100% Cancellation Fee. This amount will be taken from your credit card or the full amount paid will not be refunded.
All spa package Bookings and group bookings of 2 people and more on Weekdays, Weekends, Public Holidays or peak Seasons will require payment in full to secure the booking.
Late arrival
Treatment duration will be shortened and the full treatment time will be charged for.
Voucher purchases
There are no refunds once a voucher has been purchased.
No exchange for cash.
The voucher can not be replaced once destroyed, stolen or used without the permission of the owner.
If your purchase exceeds the amount on your gift voucher, the balance may be settled in cash, debit or credit card
