The spa treatments, services and facilities available at Lotus Aura Spa and Salon Spa are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have.

Guests agree that all treatments, services and facilities at Lotus Aura Spa and Salon requested and used at the Guests’ own risk and that they will have no recourse against Lotus Aura Spa (Pty) Ltd, and its shareholders, directors, affiliates, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, for any alleged damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.

Guests will also fully indemnify and hold harmless Lotus Aura Spa (Pty)Ltd, and its shareholders, directors, affiliates, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.

 
The materials on Lotus Aura Spa's website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis.  Lotus Aura Spa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Fordoun Hotel & Spa does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
